Description	This is an update from Waves OS v1.6. Uses an all new, more powerful engine than in v1.3. A semi-multitasking shell written in BASIC for the TI-83+/SE (Not the TI-83). Includes Many features suitable to calc users. Now includes an external program manager and advanced text editor. The timer program now has accurate time increments. Exactly 8 bytes smaller than Waves OS v1.6
